Denbigh Motor Show FAQS

Can I park my vehicle at the Motor Show?

If you are a stall holder or vintage vehicle owner, parking is available on the field.  If you wish to show your vehicle or have a stall at the Motor Show, you will need to book a pitch and notify us on your booking.  This will secure you a space.  Authorised vehicles must be on the field by 9.30am and cannot be moved until 5pm.

Those visiting the Motor Show are warned that nearby parking is very limited, so entry on foot or public transport is recommended.

How much does it cost to enter the Motor Show?

Entry to the Motor Show is free!

What will I find on the field?

There will be a wide range of Carnival attractions, vintage vehicles and stalls.  There will be a variety of refreshments and a fun fair.  Our blog and Facebook page will include details of some of the attractions on offer.

Can I take part in the Motor Show?

Yes!  We are taking applications for those with vintage vehicles of any type.  Have a look at the forms section of the website or get in touch with the committee.

Can I get involved with organising the Motor Show?

Yes!  We are always looking for volunteers to get involved with the current team, to help plan and run the event.  Get in touch and we can talk you through what you can help with.  You don’t need to have loads of free time – we’re grateful for any assistance!

Can I sponsor or make a donation to the Motor Show?

Yes!  We are entirely reliant on donations and grants to run the Carnival, which includes the motor show.  Without generous donations, we couldn’t organise the attractions that are on offer.  If you would like to make a donation or sponsor elements of the day, please get in touch with the committee via our Contact Us or Facebook pages.

I’ve got a complaint.  What do I do?

We recognise that sometimes things go wrong, so if you have a complaint please speak to any of the committee on the day, or get in touch with us via the website and we’ll do our best to fix it or ensure it doesn’t happen again.

I’d like to have a stall.  What do I do?

Stallholders need to complete an application form.  Fees are applicable for stalls engaged in commercial activity.  Space is limited, so it is vital that you complete an application form to secure your pitch.  Access a form from our website or get in touch with the committee.
